By accessing, browsing, or using the MBBS Pathshala website (www.mbbspathshala.com) and our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, students, parents/guardians, and any other persons who access or use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you are under 18 years of age, you confirm that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian to use our services and agree to these terms.

MBBS Pathshala is an education consultancy that provides guidance and support services for students seeking medical and other professional education opportunities in India and abroad. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• NEET counselling and score-based university recommendations • University shortlisting and application assistance • Admission documentation support and verification • Visa application guidance and interview preparation • Travel and accommodation coordination • NExT and USMLE exam preparation guidance • Post-arrival campus support and orientation

MBBS Pathshala acts solely as a consultancy and facilitator. We are not a university, educational institution, or visa-issuing authority. All final admission decisions rest with the respective universities, and visa approvals are subject to the policies of the relevant embassies and consulates.

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information; however, university policies, fee structures, and government regulations are subject to change without notice. We recommend that students independently verify critical details before making decisions.

Our service fees are clearly outlined in the package selected by the student at the time of enrolment. Fees are subject to the following terms:

• All fees quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless explicitly stated otherwise. • A non-refundable registration fee is required to initiate services. • Package fees must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule. • University tuition fees, hostel charges, visa fees, and travel costs are separate from our consultancy fees and are payable directly to the respective institutions or service providers. • We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and other approved methods. Cash payments must be accompanied by an official receipt.

Fee amounts are determined at the time of enrolment and are subject to revision for new enrolments. Any applicable taxes (GST) will be charged as per prevailing government regulations.

In the event of currency fluctuations affecting university fees payable in foreign currencies, the student shall bear any additional costs arising from exchange rate differences.

We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@mbbspathshala.com. • The non-refundable registration fee is not eligible for refund under any circumstances. • If cancellation is requested before any university application has been submitted, a partial refund of up to 50% of the consultancy fee (excluding registration) may be processed. • Once a university application has been submitted or an offer letter has been issued, no refund of the consultancy fee will be provided. • University application fees, visa fees, and other third-party charges paid on behalf of the student are non-refundable. • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 30 business days of approval.

If MBBS Pathshala is unable to provide the agreed services due to reasons within our control, a full refund of the consultancy fee will be provided. This does not include third-party fees already disbursed.

MBBS Pathshala provides consultancy and guidance services to the best of our knowledge and ability. However, we expressly disclaim liability for the following:

• Admission decisions made by universities — we do not guarantee admission to any institution. • Visa application outcomes — visa approvals or rejections are at the sole discretion of embassies and consulates. • Changes in university policies, fee structures, curricula, or accreditation status. • Quality of education, facilities, or experiences at partner universities. • Personal safety, health, or well-being of students while studying abroad. • Loss of documents, delays, or errors caused by third-party service providers. • Force majeure events including pandemics, natural disasters, war, government actions, or travel restrictions.

Our total liability, in any event, shall not exceed the total consultancy fees paid by the student to MBBS Pathshala. We strongly recommend that students obtain comprehensive travel and health insurance before departing for their studies.

Students and parents/guardians acknowledge that studying abroad involves inherent risks and agree to indemnify MBBS Pathshala against any claims arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through amicable negotiation and mediation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
